I would say, horror stories in general are probably not good for pornography and the combination of the two is likely to be even more disconcerting. If you are curious about the weirdness factor and already know the series, check out the weird photos on the website
Not worth watching. They put absolutely0 effort in the making of ths porno, in fact, it's hardly even a porno at all. They still don't have genitals, they look fake as hell, and the characters look nothing like they did in the manga.
